2 PSD Files Converted to Valid CSS/XHML

I would like two PSD files that I have designed turned into tableless, valid CSS/XHTML. I'd like for the left section on the inner page to expand automatically with added text, while the background remains unmoving. I'd like for it to be done in transitional (not strict) XHTML and I'd like for it to be spliced so there are at least three images that I can add alt tags to in the home page file. The PSDs feature several areas that have text and I'd like for the PSD to be spliced without the text so that the same text can be added in the same font style in the code. I'd like the nav. buttons to change color on mouseover and the title of the na. buttons should be written code (not part of the image) and that text changes color also (see PSD files). The link to my business name at the bottom of the page underline on hover. The logo box images in the design should be links.
