Design a template and layout for a moodle elearning site - a model of which can be found at http://www.clflearningcentre.com. the look and feel should be based on the look and feel at www.thecreativeleadershipforum.com.
Graphics and content have been designed and are available.
Need to include a shopping cart or pay pal facility and an event management programme at the back end.I am hopeful the event management programme is already in existence in some form.
This is an urgent project although I will take the time to get it right
