I need a Joomla template created (Joomla 1.5) for a night club called Night Owl. I want to be able to go back and forth with the design until we get it just right. I would like the design to be a very dark background with light gray foreground where the text is. I want an illustrated owl at the top of the design kind of perched on the foreground with the club name next to it. I also want club-style colors and lights in the header and perhaps other places in the design. It needs to look hip and modern and sleek. Attention to detail is required as that is what makes a design stand out.
