I have a number of websites that I would like to build reciprocal links on and am looking for someone that feels they could source link exchanges from websites with links pages of a PR4 or greater. The websites you will be offering for exchange already have a links page of PR4 so it will be time consuming but not that difficult.
This will be an ongoing project and I would be looking to pay somewhere in the region of $250 per month, for which I would expect to receive 70+ links per week.
You will be given the url, anchor text and description for each site and will be given the html link pages of the websites in order that you can upload the necessary link information to our sites, therefore some html knowledge will be required.
I will give you an e-mail account to bcc all e-mails that you send and automated spamming type programmes are definitely not allowed - all e-mails sent must be of a personal nature.
An excel spreadsheet will be given to you to enter all successful link exchanges, which I would like e-mailed back to me once a week.
Payment can be weekly or monthly via Paypal or Neteller.

That sounds reasonable for link exchange. I also can do banner exchange and up rankings. I have done over 20,000 visitors a month for Blaque Fitness so getting the required amount or more should not be a problem.
