336180 Flash Splash Page

im looking for for a splash page EXACTLY the same as [url removed, login to view](first page only). it should be auto resized based on the browser screen size with the white borders.

i need the developer to..

1. Make the image come from an XML file

2. the countries and links come from an xml file

3. the countries box must animate exactly like the link

4. the splash screen must animate exactly the same when the browser is made smaller.

5. i need this quick
