- Link must be on a .htm or .hmtl page (no .asp or .php pages)
- must use a variety of on topic anchor text
- One-way links (not reciprocal).
- all pages need to be cached in google
- no more than 25 outbound links per page
- no banned by google pages
- PR must be on the page itself not the top domain
- links only, no javascript or css
- NO rel=”nofollow” links in the code.
RULES
1. Must be on unique domains
2. Each domain must have it's own class-C IP
3. All links must be permanent and static.
4. NO Free for all (FFA), guest books, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links farms, or any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty, sites must have content.
5. Pages links are on must be cached in Google.
6. Page from the link is provided should not have more than 10 outbound links
7. One link per every IP Address and Class-C IP block
8. I will have the right to cancel a link if not found suitable
9. THEME RELATED SITES ONLY [real estate, mortgages, home and gardens, construction, investment, etc...]
12. Already established links will not count
13. No automated submissions, must be manually done
14. No blacklisted or SPAM sites
15. Sites using dynamically generated links are not acceptable.
16. Must provide report of your work detailing the URL of each link
