Add Volusion Products to Existing Store

We have an existing Volusion store with about 2000 products. We need a Volusion expert to add 150 new items, with descriptions, features and 2 images each. Then assign those items as accessories to about 400 existing products.
I can send you all the exports in CSV format and you would make the changes needed, then send me the CSV files to import. I can't grant admin access to the Volusion store at this time.
When you bid, please include a general summary of the steps you will follow to add these products to show me you know how to do this with Volusion.
Clarification: The 150 new items will be accessories on approximately *1400* existing items, not 400 existing items as stated above.
NOTE TO ALL BIDDERS: Please revise your bid accordingly if needed. I don't know if more time is required to add accessories to 400 vs. 1400 items, since it's all spreadsheet based, but wanted to make sure it was corrected in the project.
