I am looking for an online database to enable Instructors to book courses that they are running and then on completion, upload documents/register students. I would need user access with certain username groups unable to upload documents but able to register students and vice versa - so a mixed access rule really. I would like confirmation to be sent with links to certificates etc which can be downloaded. A working project until correct.

Need to complete asap but can work in stages if required.

Would also be looking at active courses becoming visible when booked by the instructor within a user-friendly area of current website, for potential students to view and book themselves onto.

Need to keep costs to a minimum as this is a working project and to be used if this area of the business develops.

Need a reliable person as there are future projects and features coming up.

This will operate on my shared hosting server with 1&1.
