I want to pull out a number of developers which are the most suitable for a
software development project from the databases of GitHub and Stackoverflow.
You need to have your own accounts in GitHub and Stackoverflow and LinkedIn
and must know the meaning of technologies generally used in software development.
Stackoverflow and GitHub are the best options because candidates have a reputation given by others,
which is an objective way of measuring their skills.
LinkedIn is less good, because users can't build a reputation or get feedbacks as developers,
so most of developers should not be from LinkedIn.
Then, the problem with Stackoverflow is that this platform may not always show user's contact details;
so when you find a good candidate you should search him in LinkedIn and possibly GitHub or other places where contact details are showed.
I will provide details about the necessary knowledge (programming languages, skills) that the candidates must have for this particular project.
I can also give some examples.
I don't need a huge number of candidates, I need only the most suitable ones.
Therefore, you have to check in detail each user profile that comes in the search results.
The chosen profiles should be "hand-made" checked, not "bulk leads" taken from some database, as such results will NOT be accepted.
Results may be outputted in an Excel file.
You don't have to be an HR recruiter or a specialist in talent acquisition,
but please don't bid if you don't have previous experience with similar projects on talent scouting.
High quality output only accepted.
I hope the requirements are clear; and you can ask anything that needs further clarification.
You bid for a set of 100 candidates. For the next 100 one I will create a new milestone of same value, and so on.
