We require a Zendesk expert to assist us with our customer support:
- Answering basic customer enquiries
- Escalating more complex issues
- Creating and maintaining a set of Zendesk Macros
- Updating automatic email responses with links to FAQ
Fluent English with a great written style and tone is essential.
We're looking for someone who is available on a daily basis twice per day for around 30 minutes to deal with the small number of customers that email us.
