CSR/Virtual Assistant Required - India Based Only

I require a freelancer based in India, to do a follow-up call to 400 students. These are students who have already requested information and this is a follow-up call, not a sales call. No selling is involved.

Here are the requirements:

1. You should be based in India - All calls are to Indian students

2. You should speak perfect English

3. You should have access to strong wifi and a phone to make the calls

Scope of the Project:

1. Call each student and remind them they requested information

2. Offer to resend the information

3. Suggest they join the programme Whatsapp Group

4. Add call notes and call outcome in the CRM
