Hi, I need to create an explainer video about a WordPress plugin. It is called Flexible Shipping and lets the user set dynamic pricing for shipping depending on weight, totals etc. I have a script I have written (attached). I also made up some sketches to illustrate my idea.

I'd like to know if the budget is OK. We're looking for the minimum, simple version of the explainer as we want to test A/B if the site with an explainer sells more by making our plugin easier to understand.
