ADOBE MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER NEEDED TO MAKE A PROJECT FILE

I have a number of drum tracks for while I need to make videos to post on YouTube. I need someone to design a adobe project file in which in I put in certain values like time signature, bpm, and number of bars and export it as video. An example would be [login to view URL] I have attached a small clip too for a better idea on the layout design. I need a Adobe PP / AE Project File with Complete Motion Graphics Design in which I can simply add a track and then export the video after making necessary changes. I want to count beats in the track visually in sync with bpm. I want to be able to change the number of beats there are in a pattern. eg 1234 or 123 I want to count the number of times the pattern of the beat are being counted. I want to be able to change bpm of visual counting to sync it with track bpm. I want to change the background for every video and edit basic text accordingly I want to display a progress bar highlighting the video background as the track progresses (example in image) I want to follow basic youtube format (intro, outro etc) and add small editable transitional pop ups like " Enjoying the Jam? Follow us on Instagram" Throughout the video. Thats pretty much it. I might be forgetting minor details as im typing this in a hurry, I'll point em out when a sample is available.
