Video Overlay of wireless signal

I would like a video overlay or video element (forgive me it I'm using the wrong terms). I engineer wireless devices and I'm looking for a semi transparent video element that illustrates a wireless signal being sent out. I plan to put the video overlay you create over live video to better explain that the device is transmitting a signal all the time. Please let me know if this is not clear. I like the signal illustration here in this video.

About 20 seconds in you'll see a restaurant transmitting a signal. I like they way the signal is illustrated and what something similar. Now I only want the single. That's it. I'll import it into Adobe After Effects and place it on top of my own live video footage I've shot myself. Perhaps a you can create an after effect project where I can just import my video under what you create. I would like this to be in at least 720p.
