Create folder structure of local folder to SharePoint and upload folder contents

I have a project in vb.net that I can upload files but I am having an issue with re-creating the folder structure the same as local folder and uploading the files within to the folders.

Example:

Folder1

Folder2 - SubFolder1

Folder 3 - SubFolder1 - SubFolder2

I need someone that can just modify the code to create the folder structure and upload the files contained in the folder. I have the upload code already done just not sure how to create the folder structure I now how to create folder.
