I am creating some medical educational videos, which will last 10-15 minutes each. I would like part of these videos to be animated as I'm speaking. These animations would illustrate the anatomy and the cells of the body. Some animations would need to pop up on part of the screen for a few seconds. Some would be full screen as I'm describing more difficult concepts. The full screen animations would in total last 1-2 minutes. 2D animations would be ideal.

For an idea of what I mean, it would be useful to have a look at the Crash Course World History videos on YouTube.
