Spanish Speaking Cold-Calling Real Estate VA

Looking for a Spanish-speaking cold-caller for our RE investing company. We are a small but growing firm looking for a long-term team member to join us! See the responsibilities and requirements below, we look forward to hearing from strong candidates. We're looking to hire and onboard ASAP.
Responsibilities Include:
- Cold call homeowners using a given database
- Answer incoming calls from prospective homeowners
- Use scripts to provide information about our services
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the seller’s requirements
- Record the Seller’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Spanish
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
