The task involves contacting individuals who have already shown interest in solar energy. This is not about cold-calling; these leads are warm and receptive.

We seek a highly motivated individual to contact these leads and schedule appointments.

Job Description:

The role involves closing the gap between interested prospects and booked appointments related to utility bills. This position is in B2C telemarketing.

Compensation starts from $4-$6/hour plus a $100-$200 commission for each sale resulting from appointments you set.

Requirements:

Must schedule a minimum of 2-3 appointments daily.

A trial period of 7-14 days will be provided.

Contractor Requirements:

I am seeking a contractor who meets the following criteria:

Strong proficiency in English and Spanish communication.

Familiarity with phone and email etiquette.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or CRM systems.

Availability between 6am – 5pm PST, Monday through Friday.

Experience in sales, telemarketing, email marketing, and texting.

Preferred Qualifications:

English Level: 8-10

Fluent in written communication with good verbal skills.

Daily submission of reports; failure to comply will result in contract termination.
