Twilio Integration

I'm looking to integrate twilio sms service with chat widget. We're a chat support company and we want to accept SMS chat requests. We want all of our 10 reps to chat with customers through sms. These reps should be able to do it online and customer should feel that he's getting personal text messages.

This is possible by integration of Twilio SMS service with chat widget. I'm open to Pidgin, Google Talk or any other service you're comfortable. We can discuss about it.

For people who have done this before, it is few hours of job.
