DONT BID IF U HAVE NOT WORK ON SMPP. I Need Node Smpp expert.

I need node.js node smpp expert who has already build the smpp server using node-smpp for someone.

We have Issue in Delivery Format.

SMPP Client is able to Receive ACCEPT and SUBMITTED but not DELIVERD.

Can you help.
