I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed to be used on a Windows PC.

I would like a speed oriented programming language.

Important points to be noted.

1. Should be able to capture opportunities within about 16-20 pairs I usually follow.

2. Should be able to test it. I understand that performance is difficult, but a very basic level of performance would be good.

3. Need full code, and instructions to compile it as I would like to check the code and compile it myself.

4. Please make sure it conforms to all API call parameters of Bittrex. Should not get banned.

If you have any specific questions, please give me a buzz.

Will it be possible to have a basic UI, which could be browser based also, locally connecting to bot, which should not be browser based.

Please do not bid unless you clearly understand Trading Concepts.
