I need permanent, static PR2+ one way links to my site. This means the actual page the links are on must be PR2+, not just the homepage of the site.
**Absolutely No link farms, directory submissions, forums, blogs, articles, etc.**
**Absolutely No links from adult, gambling, pharmaceutical content sites**
1. All links must be from relevant content (Car Loans / Auto Finance) sites.
2. Links must be permanent one way static html links with the anchor text of my choosing, with NO rel=nofollow links in the code. Links must be permanent and not be removed later on.
3. The link page indexed with PR2 or higher by Google, no redirects, javascript links, hidden links, or other unethical tactics.
4. The linking page must have no more than 30 outbound links.
5. One link per domain, all from different C class IP range addresses.
6. Links from English/French language web sites only – preferably Canadian sites.
I will have the right to reject links if they do not confirm to requirements.
Please provide the number of links you can provide, costs, time line for completion.
