I need a full time seo assistant who can help me get thousands of back-links through forum and blog postings. It will be a long term job and if the work quality is good - I will give more work in future for promoting my other sites.

Though I can teach you some aspects but it is good if you have

1. Knowledge of anchor texts/html links/ no-follow and do-follow links. You'll have to use a firefox plugin to know which links are do-follow and should be used on a site.

2. I will give you a method to find out a lot of blogs/forums where you can drop backlinks. You have to employ that method to get me those backlinks. Ideally you'll be getting me 100-200 backlinks per day.

3. As we do forum/blog commenting - on some sites you will have to register and create a profile. You can add links on the profiles as well. On forums you can employ signatures.

4. On some forums and blogs making some quality comments will be essential to make comments and links alive. On others you can post just anything and you will get the links.

5. You will have to report me with the url you placed the comment on and the comment you entered. Save all in a file.

6. In between of the task - I can give you more methods to find out sites to get me backlinks. You have to use that. So If one method isn't working you can use another.

7. I am looking for the cheapest service possible but as well as a hard-worker. If you can't work hard and is not for me for a long time - DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT BID. I only want hard serious workers who can provide me a highly affordable service. I may choose more than 1 worker.

8. Payout will be on the basis of total backlinks you get to me. I can even pay on a per day basis(no. of links you gave me on day) if you work is good.

9. You'll have to ensure that you are not commentig on the same site before - and also make sure the links get indexed in Google. You can use Roboform - a software to save all passwords of sites.
