Fast flux and double flux dns service

Im looking to implement fast flux or double flux dns service

Im not sure really how this works so I have asked a few people bellow makes for better understanding

look up apache's reverse proxy, the concept is pretty much identical (besides the numerous amounts of ip's and short ttl assigned to a fast flux dns, you will also need some clever way of adding/removing A records)

the actual functionality is not too hard to implement, the (according to me) hard parts is to know what ip's to assign

let's say you run the proxy on each computer, and assign their ip's to the dns records just randomly as they connect, what if the bot is in fact is in control of a researcher? a honeypot? they could intercept all traffic, so you will need some good way of perhaps verifying the ip's you add somehow as there is always a chance researchers will get a hold of your binary
