Enrollment Facilitator

I provide a service that helps older retired people with their healthcare plan selection. Leads come in every week, and we want someone to:

1. Use a phone dialing system to follow up with these leads.

2. Assess interest in hearing options.

3. Explaining any changes in benefits.

4. Qualify Health

5. Finally transfer to an enrollment specialist.

In essence you are screening these leads for 3 things: health, interest, and ability to find savings for the person.

The leads (people) will have questions, maybe objections, and most won't be willing to enroll that day, which requires a motivated candidate that can

A. Call Lead Up

B. Present and Qualify the Lead

C. If the Lead is Interested Transfer to Enrollment Specialist

D. If the Lead is Not Interested, Develop into a Pipeline Lead to Touch Base in 3 mo.s

E. Follow Up with Scheduled Pipeline Leads to Reassess Interest

F. If the Lead is Interested Transfer to Enrollment Specialist

G. If the Lead is Not Interested, Redevelop into a Pipeline Lead to Touch Base in 3 mo.s

Leads come in 3 forms:

1. Fresh Live Telemarketed Leads: This lead was just developed a few minutes prior from a telemarketing company we team up with to ascertain interest, company, approximate monthly payment they are currently paying.

2. Weekly Telemarketed Leads: These leads are created fresh on Monday, leaving the rest of the week to follow up with them.

3. Aged Telemarked Leads: These are past leads that have either not been followed up on yet, or a prior pipeline lead.

Time of Shift is 12 pm EST (noon) to 5pm Monday through Thursday.

In order to qualify for this position the candidate will need

A. A cover letter explaining prior customer and sales service.

B. A recent voice file to ascertain grasp of US English vocabulary.

C. High Speed Internet Service

D. USB Head Set (analog plugs won't work, not good quality as USB with sound drivers)

E. Availability for 25 hours of work a week

F. Desire to learn US retiree healthcare system

G. Affordable hourly rate

The candidate that can meet the above A-G qualifications will get this long term position. Please provide A, B , and G, and in your cover letter reaffirm you have C, D, E, and F.

There will be a probationary period of 2 weeks to qualify the applicant's handle of the healthcare system, along with the displayed skills of customer and sales experience to facilitate enrollments.

Attached is educational material that will explain the healthcare system.

I am looking to spend $5-$7 an hour depending on past experience and current skill. I do not use skype, but I do use gchat.
