Write a Business Plan for a website active in the United States

I am looking for a professional who can write a "Business Plan" for my website. The business is an online internet store for women which offers free gifts in the United States. It utilizes the "Birch Box" model but without subscription.

I will provide the website address and give the necessary information to the right candidate. I am planning to raise capital using this business plan so it needs to be very professional. 'References' and 'Previous Works' are extremely important. The candidates need to be ready for an interview with me and they need to have 'Native' level 'English'. *All aspects of a "Business Plan" (including but not limited to "Business Planning & Analysis" and "Marketing Strategies") need to be known very well by the professional.
