Preferably with use of AutoCADD as I have started to try and model,
the design idea is:
some type of device that can fire a projectile up to 6m.
the projectile is a squash ball of approximately weight 20 grams and the diameter approximately 40mm.
the device is to be mounted on a base of 400x200x20mm and the base can slide between rails.
the device must be remotely fired from a 2m distance (for safety)
possible a safety mechanism to prevent accidental firing of the device
PVC pipe tubing
The metallic parts of the model can be anything,
preferable low cost, Aluminium, Carbon Steel, Brass, Copper.
1. Trebuchet Potential "gravitational"
2. Elastic Potential "crossbow, slingshot"
what I require from the modelling is:
1. technical drawing (measurements, tolerances)
2. firing process animation of dynamic movement (if possible) (arming device, firing of the device, height adjustment for accuracy).
Alterations can be made in the drawings, as well as the materials.
Can provide sketches and more details as required.
