WPF component company manager

In this project, you'll have to manage a software product launch.

We already have the software to be sold (a WPF spreadsheet component).

A direct interestment to the component sales is provided during one year (file included).

Your tasks will be:

1. Manage the marketing.

1.1 Create an awesome website for our product (manage the content, the messages,

the FAQ, the forum, the blog etc)

1.2 Post technical messages on technical forums where our component would

be the ideal solution.

1.3 Write technical articles (codeproject or others) about our component.

1.4 Enquire about banner marketing on some technical websites (codeproject etc)

and create a marketing plan.

2. Add technical tooling useful for the sales

2.1 Create a licensing webservice on our website (using Rhino Licensing)

2.2 Create a technical documentation (online) for our component

2.3 Integrate an online payment tool ([url removed, login to view])

2.4 Create some tooling to follow license subscription (subscribers database)

2.5 Create a trial license feature.

2.6 Implement a technical forum (a la DevXpress) about issues.

3. Manage the software component quality.

3.1 Create a unittest project for the component.

3.2 Create some functional tests

4. Manage the software component vision

4.1 Propose a plan of new features development. (prioritize them, put a workload on each of them).

4.2 Search for some possible partnerships.
