I am creating eCommerce websites to place on Flippa and maybe Sedo to sell, but I need 2 things.

1. A compelling product description to engage buyers on Flippa. It would tell them what they're getting, describes the potential for multiple streams of income, etc.

2. A monetized PDF user manual for the purchaser which describes what they have bought, what they need to do to start using their website, where they can get help, the pdf would contain my affiliate links, and any other important info.

The 2 sites I have currently are new and very similar. I'm putting on finishing touches, but you can view one site at > [login to view URL]

I'm looking for someone who understands how Flippa product listings and sales work to complete the first task, and is happy to do a bit of research themselves on my website to understand what Im offering the purchaser.

I will want to award this with 4 milestones - that is 2 milestones for each task.
