1. ANALYSIS OF THE EXISTING :
Right now, we just use a simple template email for making orders of the components we need to make our product (list of suppliers, quantity, unit price, total price).
We fill it manually. We lost time & make errors.

2. DESCRIPTION:
We have very basic need.
We want an intranet (prestashop – like website or made by others e-commerce tools) in order to select the product (zero payment required) and it will only generate an email of order.
• Users:
o Click on the product + select quantity
o Calculate the total price automatically
o Select a date (use as the delivery deadline)
o Put a reference name for the order
o Send an email + copy email of the order to several people inside our company
o See historical of his past orders / waiting orders
• Admin :
o Add / modify Suppliers
o Add / edit prices and products
o Add and modify the template email

4. EMAIL OF THE ORDER :
The text / template that must be generated is in the link below. Note that it is mainly red text that must be modified.
If a product is at zero unit, it should not appear in the template.
If you can make better or different views, we don’t care. We just want something simple already made by Prestashop.
