[URGENT!] Looking for Magento experts for adding ONLY 3 functionalities.

We are currently looking for a Magento expert to implement few functionalities into our existing website.

As we require a high level of individual customization, we ask that only programmers with five years’ working experience with Magento apply.

We would prefer applicants who can customize Magento easily.

Please confirm that you will be able to implement the features in the attached images. Those who would struggle to implement these features need not apply.

[Development Environment]

You will need to work directly on our designated servers.

[Payment]

We will pay $100 for this project. We will release 30% of the payment upon reaching the first milestone. And 70% will be released as 2nd milestone.

The websites’ HTML, CSS, and jQuery coding has been completed. We are now only looking to implement the functions detailed in the attached images.
