Simple php script

I need a simple php script which will crawl the URL's i give to the script and will search for the keywords i select.

So the script will have 2 text fields, "urls" and "keywords" (one at a line)

Once those 2 fields are filled, i will click start and the script will then visits those URL's and search for any of those keywords that i wrote.

Script then gives me the result, output with 2 text fields, one is with URL's containing at least one of the given keywords, and the secont result text field is for the URL's which doesn't contain any of the given keywords. Results in those text fields must to be 1 URL per line.

Im willling to give 20$ max for this script.
