I would like to have a program (or website) for my own private use that will allow me to

1. upload a 30sec video (good quality)

2. uploaad a spreadsheet of cell phone numbers.

3. I want to Text the video to the list. (checking against black list)

4. I want an unsubscribe link. that creates a black list.

Note : I do not want a link to a video, the video it self must text and be opened in the text box.
