Property Matching Site

The project is aimed at producing a website that has the look and feel of a dating site (eg [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] while matching buyers and sellers using very specific criteria

Sellers must be able to register as members and have a login area which will allow them to upload their properties and matching profiles. Sellers need to confirm the availability of aproperty on a regular basis to ensure that the properties displayed are current and available

Buyers need to register their profiles and then be updated as soon as a matching property becomes available. Buyers need to 'double opt-in' on a regular basis and automatic basis to ensure that their profile is correct and that they are still qualified buyers.

Site design is not a critical feature. Functionality is essential. Preference will be given to tenders that can show existing sites using this type of technology
