Looking to purchase this PREMADE if possible (Will buy it outright from whoever has it to offer), or will pay to have it made if you have the experience and time to do it in the next few days.

I'm a PHP Developer myself and can assist if needed. FTP / Server / Space all provided, including MySQL. No DB connections will need to be made, all that is setup, only need the actual parsing stuff done to parse out the data and format it.
