paginating cache in php

I got a huge page. Im now caching some pages with no pagination but I want to cache pages with pagination.

So I want a pagination cache system with the following requirements:

- Caching pagination pages that can handle pages like [url removed, login to view]

- Easy to implement into php pages like template system

- Cache selection in hours, days or minutes (so i can tell the script, cache this page every 14 minutes...)
