Need a Highly Skilled WordPress MultiSite + WooCommerce Developer for Custom Website Development

I have an old WordPress E-Commerce website that was built on WordPress. Now I need some custom works done in it with WooCommerce.
The work will be like:
Make the site WordPress Multisite.
Make WooCommerce work with multisite.
Make two stores in one site: Store Pickup and Shipping.
Customize Landing page to ask users to chose Store Pickup site or Shipping site.
The pricing of products will be in multi-tier structure and I have a PDF that will make the price of products accordingly.
The price of products must be calculated based upon number of products(Price vary with number of products) and then add Shipping and other costs like Marking, Vaccination cost etc.
All works must be responsive and mobile friendly.
WooCommerce core and Price calculation needs to be customized to achieve what I need so the developer must have very strong skill in customizing WordPress and WooCommerce core.
