Magento 1.9.2 - Reports - Sales - Order - Order Create Date needs refunds to show on date of refund.

In Magento Admin, Reports > Sales > Orders, there is a Match Period To Drop down with option to Match period to "Order Created Date".
When we choose this option and we set a date range, we need refunds to show on the date the refund was processed.
Example. Order placed on the 20th of the month is refunded to customer on the 23rd. When we choose Match Period to: Order Created Date and we choose Date Range of 23rd of the month, the refund should show in "Refunded" column. It should not show on the 20th (the day the order was originally placed).
