I need an estimating software for my plumbing job, it can be created in excel or any other software that can be supported by Mac. I need it to be super detailed and function fluently.

1. I need to be able to upload my construction drawings into it and be able to measure the length of each line by simply drawing lines on it.

2. I need to be able to choose choose my equipment - size of pipe - type of pipe - and other things and have it give me a price on the spot.
