 System should support features like bulk/Future orders, quoting, purchasing and requisition, History Reports and proper customer management.

 Order Creation Workflow should allow Customer Service and Sales people to use it as a one stop solution and to support the shared process for processing web orders.

 E-Commerce platform should integrate via live APIs with inventory management system to process orders and update inventory.

 Dynamic and powerful content management system that compliments core business values.

 Platform must support blogging and strong integration with social media.

 Support multiple loyalty programs that interfaces with online and offline stores.
