Datafeed - show me how to do it

Please see attached csv datafeed file

Need somebody to write sql file

so that I can install attached datafeed to a site

which will do everything for me

(but will also show me how to do this)

example:

Search by MasterCategory

Search by Price (under 10.00, 10.00 to 25.00, above 25.00)

and display the results

with all details displayed neatly

with image, description, price and link

please put comments in your code explainig what each section does
