Task Summary:
Need to make complete duplicates of two customer websites onto development server.
a. Heavily modified CREloaded system
b. Simpler bespoke PHP/MYSQL site
I won't be able to provide any login details to freelancers to the live systems at this point, so will need step by step instructions for activities to be performed on the live systems, then can FTP whatever to development server for you to finalise.
The new versions must be full operational, programs, databases etc
What you need to deliver to me to be paid:
- Instructions on step removed to retrieve everything from live servers
- Fully working versions of both sites on my server
- [url removed, login to view] files updates so that these sites are not seen by search engines
What I will provide to you:
- All login details required on development server CPANEL, FTP etc
Process:
- Write instructions for me to do the extracts from live system
- Complete installation onto test servers
- Test & advise when working
Anything else:
- Do you require more information to quote accurately or to complete the work, please leave a message here initially
I work on a professional level and will require you to also, this means you are:
- Communicative, responsive & easily contactable for the duration of the assignment - chat program, and frequent email contact
- Ability to quality assure your own work - there is no value in me paying for work & re-doing it
- Ability to follow instructions to the letter or ask questions if more info is required rather than make mistakes
- For hourly paid tasks, accurate work summaries required before payment
- For article writing tasks, writing must pass copyscape tests or will not be accepted or paid if specified above
- For writing tasks, payment will not be made if work is incomplete or not grammatically & spell checked to US or AU standard as specified above, or does not include keywords.
- Turnaround time is crucial, please do not bid if you cannot fulfil work in that timeframe
- Payment will be made via GAF escrow or Paypal
- For programming tasks, documentation of changes is required as part of the deliverables
- For programming work, changes are made to development system, then tested by myself & users before considered complete & working
- Incomplete or poor quality work will not be paid
Please do not bid on work if you do not agree to theses terms. They may seem a bit strong but it really helps to know expectations BEFORE starting the work.
