We want to engage an external resource to help us to customise a program or script to build up a monitoring dashboard so that it can be displayed on the TVs. We are currently using GLPI ticketing system for our in-house IT services, by default this GLPI bundled with some dashboards resources but we feel it is not sufficient to display the data that we want so we need someone to help us to create a new dashboard to display the followings data, the data can need to be extracted real-time from GLPI databases.

Dashboard to display:

-total tickets for each thread (IT queue such as Oracle, SAP, Siebel, Infra or Application)

-total open tickets for each thread

-total new tickets for each thread

-total pending tickets for each thread

-total ageing tickets for each thread

The dashboard or data display can be write up through VB or other open language software.
