Require .blm files to be generated from Joomla website using jomestate extension. We have created a custom checkbox field called Portal. All listing that have the the checkbox "Portal" selected will need to be added to the .blm file generated.
The .blm files are required fo us to export our property listings to a real estate portal. I would like .blm files to be generated twice a day, then automated ftp to the real estate portal . Their is an extension that has been developed but only for Wordpress, however this will give you an idea of what is required. [login to view URL]
The link above is incorrect. This is an extension available in Wordpress that does the job I require on Joomla - https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-property-blm-export-add-on/

SInce the plugin is 2 years old there will be lot of work to be done in converting wp code into joomla extension. Instead what i can do is create a standalone cronjob PHP script for this. let me know Relevant Skills Flere
