People sign-up (my last programmer used a form of PHP design environment I am not familiar with) if they have their own blog/website to attract affiliates who will forward link to them and find sellers as well who they will forward link to. There must be a dashboard/login-area where site admins can see how many people forward link to them, in a .CVS downloadable box with their PayPal e-mail addresses so they can pay them what they owe their affiliates on the 10th of the following month for the previous month, and a .CVS table or box showing who they, as affiliate, they point to, so all affiliates are compensated the tenth of the following month. The affiliates are responsible for entering exact URL where forward link exists so our daily spider verifies its existence, and the exact URL location of payment confirmation code for sellers so daily sider can verify its location and all return URL query code, with information about total payment, timestamp, and seller identity, can be confirmed.
All work must be done through freelance. No outsourcing.
