My site [login to view URL] is a wordpress site integrated with many software as services to keep my business running.
The kind of services I use are: zoho, checkfront, google apps, xero, mailchimp, and gravityforms.
I am looking to get a 360 view of my customer by somehow integrating the API of all my SaaS.
The goal is to allow them to communicate in certain situations, eg send specific automated emails using mailchimp when a customer makes a booking on checkfront.
Looking for advice on how we can integrate it all together and make each service seamless - this could be to do with API manipulation (eg Zapier-style formats)
