Amends to a PHP-based MySQL System

We have built a simple online database-driven system that stores social media posts (in the form of text/image/attributes - category, language, etc.). Once the posts have been created they are automatically sent to an approver to approve them. Once approved, they can then be used/seen by the regular users. The platform doesn't talk to any social media platform, just stores the data. We just need a few more amends before the system is ready to go live:
1. Include an image per social media platform (at the moment, there's just one image for all social media platforms - FB, Insta, Twitter, LinkedIn)
2. Add a new field (date to be approved by) and display it in the unapproved post + move to the top of the list in date order.
3. Add a html class to the posts to say whether they are unapproved, approved or in progress.
