XHMTL player in Flash

XHTML Flash Player ------------------- The description above is almost accurate. The project is not a Karaoke player in Flash, BUT it is a similar functionality. What we want is: 1. An XML-reader in Flash that can highlight text that comes in html and the text highlighted should follow a sound clip described in a smil-file with start, stop and such information. The final result will be a flash interface to a player that can read a xhtml-file and show it on the screen according and play a sound clip which will have the text read by a recorded speaker. The sentence spoken will be highlighted. 2. A sample of what we want to acheive can be found here in a dummy player we have made: [url removed, login to view] 3. The XHTML-document can contain css. 4. A zip file containing a sample project can be found here: [url removed, login to view] 6. Features that will be implemented is: Play, pause, Stop, "forward jump" one sentence, "backward jump" one sentence, "forward jump" one chapter and "backward jump "one chapter. The stop button will reset the project from start. It is great if the play/pause can toggle. Volume control. 7. We will setup milestones where we can chose to stop the project if we do not believe in that it will be finally successful. The first milestone is to setup a basic functionality with the synchronization which is the core project. This will be awarded with 500USD. If it is successful, we will continue for the whole project, paying out money after milestones are acheived. 8. A completed project where we are all happy, will continue with a maintenance project and a version 2 with capability of reading and interpreting an XML-document. 9. A encoder for helping out to create a project from start can be optionally priced within your offer. This should NOT be reflected in your initial offer, but you are welcome to mention an estimated cost. All of the functionalities are described in the zip file included.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
