Two PSD files to XHTML/CSS

We have two PSD files for a site (the home page and a product page) and we need them converted into XHTML transitional and CSS. No server-side programming is required, we only need the XHTML and CSS. All paths should be relative to the site root, all images should be in the /img folder, and all css in the /ref folder. Additionally, we require that the CSS classes that both pages have in common will be in the /ref/[url removed, login to view] file, which will be included in the files. The upper right region which you will see in the attached jpeg file should be transformed into an image map. Please ask for detailed explanations after you are chosen. One last requirement is that pages will change color from one section to another. As such, i want to be able to change element colors without changing the HTML, just the class name on the respective elements. If you do well we might give you similar projects in the future. P.S. We have attached a JPEG file of a PSD you will receive, to give you an idea of what the design will look like. Please do not start work until we accept your bid, as we will not accept your bid based on the fact that you are presenting us the work already done.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Has to look the same on all version of Internet Explorer 5.0+, Mozilla Firefox all versions, Opera latest version.
