I need a template that I can connect to the CMS system already in place to display the current properties in the database. The client has found several template sites that they like the look of however as there are numerous other buyers of the same templates they know their site wont be original. I've attached the logo the client wants to use (although if you can supply a better looking one feel free to do so) The only stipulations are that the site must be in warm yellows and marine blues. The site should also not be too busy nor too sparse. For inspiration you should look at the links in the [url removed, login to view] document in the attached zip file.

## Deliverables

I need an HTML template with CSS and images to be used for the main body of the site. I also need a layout for a repeater section for properties (similar to [url removed, login to view]) in the attached file.
